Online Piracy-Bigger than ever

Art, books, films, music, innovations, magazines, software, stories, performances, reports and trademarks are all examples of intellectual property. Accord to law, Intellectual property include copyright, patent, trademark and trade secret. Mainly children and adults are more often proven to online piracy by copying, sharing, taking pirated a thing which is illegal.

Laws on child pornography

Definition of child pornography:

US federal law defines child pornography as “any visual depiction” that “involves the use of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct.” A minor is anyone under the age of 18 (even if the state’s age of consent for sexual activity is lower).
